All of our staff receive appropriate training tailored to their specific roles, including SMSTS, PASMA, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Fire Marshal duties, and Manual Handling.

To further strengthen our health and safety efforts, we have enlisted Lacel Ltd as our appointed Health & Safety Advisors. Lacel works closely with A2B Directors and Site Managers to prepare Construction Phase Plans, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Corporate Policies, and all necessary site documentation. In addition, Lacel conducts regular site audits to ensure that our projects operate safely and that all risk mitigation measures are effectively implemented.
